Privacy Policy

KeyHaus is built so that your work stays on your phone. This policy explains what the app handles, where it lives, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. KeyHaus has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We do not sell or share personal information, because we don’t receive it.

What stays on your phone

Everything you put into KeyHaus is stored only on your device, in the app’s own storage:

• Your profile — name, brokerage, license number, city, neighborhood, handle, phone, email and website.
• Your brand clips, photo, palette portraits and logo.
• Photos you add to posts and listing videos, and the videos you film or edit.
• Your progress — posts shared, your streak, hook and caption choices, reminders.

Portraits, listing videos, captions and edits are made on your device. None of it is uploaded to us. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud, Apple includes the app’s data in that backup under Apple’s terms.

Network use

KeyHaus downloads updates to its post library from our server. That request carries no personal information. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details, and the app checks your subscription with Apple on the device.

Permissions

• Camera and microphone — to film your videos, teleprompter takes and brand clips.
• Photos — to use photos and videos you choose, and to save finished posts and videos when you ask.
• Speech recognition — to scroll the teleprompter with your voice and write captions. This uses Apple’s speech recognition, which Apple may process under its own privacy policy.
• Notifications — reminders you schedule. They’re created on your phone.

Each is optional and can be changed any time in the Settings app.

Sharing

When you share a post or video, it goes where you send it (Instagram, Messages, Photos and so on) through the iOS share sheet. What happens there is governed by that service’s policy.

Deleting your data

In KeyHaus, open Settings › Erase everything on this phone, or delete the app. Either removes everything KeyHaus stored. Deleting data doesn’t cancel a subscription; manage that in your Apple Account settings.

Children

KeyHaus is a tool for real estate professionals and isn’t directed to children under 13.

Changes

If KeyHaus starts handling information differently — for example, adding optional AI features that run on a server — we’ll update this policy and the app will ask for your permission first.

This website

getkeyhaus.com uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we use your address only to reply, or to tell you when KeyHaus launches if that’s what you asked for.
